Sly brought Nick through to one of our jam sessions.  Turned out to be a historic night.  Nick’s our kind of people and a phenomenal musician.  Can’t say it enough.  The dude is incredibly talented.  He brought his xylo-synth that night.  We set it up and he played everything from keys to drums and samples on that thing.  Nick was very influential in the production of, working title, “Shaolin.”  A Wu-Tang inspired song Bluesy and I later produced using the recordings from that jam session.  Even though he lives in Oregon, we consider Nick family and can’t wait for all his future visits.
