Joe was one of the first musicians to ever record here at S&V.  In fact, he was part of the first jam session ever, where we tracked live drums, bass and guitar at the same time.  It was before we even had our couch.  It took time for us to find our groove as friends and collaborators, but Joe is a good dude, very talented musician and brings a whole new musical expertise to the team.  I have been producing an Afro-funk fusion album with Joe since.  He has also been a part of a lot of other recordings here, mostly on projects I’m producing with Bluesy.
